We wanted to take this moment to thank everyone for their support of Anoosh Bistro over the years. Now that Chef Anoosh has retired and Chef Danielson has taken the reigns, we are opening the next chapter here. 

We are excited to introduce to you äta restaurant.

äta, which means eat in swedish, calls back to Chef Danielson's cherished childhood memories with his Grandmother, who would shout -äta- to call the family over to dinner.

Chef Danielson is pulling from all his experience to create a one-of-a-kind menu that that pays tribute to his legacy as well as paying homage to Anoosh by maintaining the standards of food and service he would expect.
